A multi-course tasting menu set against the open sky of Flagstaff Mountain. Guests gather at the site of one of Boulder's oldest ranch homesteads as our chefs work in an open kitchen surrounded by the land that inspires each plate. Every course is composed around what is rare, local, and in season.

Menus change seasonally and are never repeated.

Convened during the Sundance Film Festival for film industry principals, talent, and their guests. A private table removed from the noise of the festival, intimate, unhurried, and designed around conversation as much as cuisine. Available late January through early February.

We bring the full Clandestine Table experience to your property. Whether a private estate in the foothills, a historic ranch, or an architectural landmark, our team handles every detail from kitchen setup and florals to service and the final petite four. An entirely private affair.

A curated late-morning experience designed for smaller groups seeking something more relaxed than a formal dinner without sacrificing intention. A shorter tasting format paired with craft cocktails and natural wines, set in one of our favorite outdoor spaces in Boulder.

Our largest-format experience, held within the storied walls of Greystone Castle. Suited for milestone celebrations, corporate gatherings, and cultural events. The setting is theatrical; the food is precise. Clandestine Table handles culinary direction, service design, and guest experience from arrival to close.
